Let's clarify our terms:

What we mean by “mind-body”
Courses are grounded in the understanding that your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system responses are deeply connected to the physical process of labor. Rather than separating the mind and body, we explore the underlying biology of how they interact, and how you can work with both, to reduce fear, support physiological birth, and adapt to the real intensity of labor.

What we mean by “integrative”
Integrative means drawing from multiple disciplines such as neuroscience, physiology, psychology, and childbirth education to create a comprehensive preparation process. It’s not about one method or philosophy; it’s about offering tools that work together to support you as a whole person throughout the experience of giving birth.

What we mean by “evidence-based”
This course is built on current research and clinical experience. You’ll learn practical strategies that are supported by science and presented in a way that is easy to understand.
