Birth is shaped by the ongoing interaction between the mind, body, and the support people around you. When these elements are working together, parents often experience greater clarity, connection, and confidence, regardless of how birth unfolds.

Birth Coherence™ Coaching is a private, individualized birth coaching process designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied coping, and supportive communication during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Sessions help you understand how your nervous system responds to stress and safety, how to work with your body during intensity, and how to strengthen co-regulation with partners and support people.

Each session combines guided reflection, practical tools, and integration practices tailored to your unique pregnancy, birth context, and support system.

Who Birth Coherence™ Coaching Is For

This coaching series is designed for expecting parents and partners who want a private, grounded, evidence-informed approach to birth preparation. It is well-suited for those who feel anxious, overstimulated, or uncertain about birth, as well as parents who want practical tools to regulate, adapt, and stay connected during labor.

Birth Coherence™ Coaching is also a good fit for anyone who prefers one-on-one support rather than group classes and wants individualized attention to their specific needs, questions, and circumstances.

What You’ll Gain From Birth Coherence™ Coaching

Through this coaching process, clients develop a clearer understanding of how the nervous system shapes birth experiences and coping responses. Sessions provide personalized regulation tools for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, along with specific strategies for working with intensity.

Partners learn communication strategies that support attuned connection and develop a framework for supporting recovery and integration after birth.

How the Coaching Sessions Are Structured

Birth Coherence™ Coaching is typically offered as a six-session series organized around mind, body, and support. Sessions can be adapted based on timing, pregnancy stage, or postpartum needs.

Mind (Sessions 1–2)
These sessions focus on recognizing patterns of stress and safety, understanding how awareness influences physiology, and practicing nervous system regulation tools that support presence, clarity, and focus.

Body (Sessions 3–4)
These sessions explore rhythm and rest as physical and emotional coping tools. Clients practice breath, movement, posture, and pacing strategies that support both progress and calm during labor.

Support (Sessions 5–6)
These sessions focus on aligning your birth team and communication strategies. Clients learn how to support co-regulation with partners, doulas, or care providers and create a realistic postpartum support map.

Sessions may also be adapted for postpartum integration, birth processing, or recovery support as needed.

Investment

Birth Coherence™ Coaching sessions are $250 per 60-minute session, with flexible scheduling around your due date or postpartum needs.

The full six-session Birth Coherence™ Coaching program includes guided work across mind, body, and support, along with personalized practices and integration between sessions.

(Save $75 when enrolling in the full series.)

Coaching Format

Sessions are available virtually and are conducted one-on-one. Each session includes guided reflection, personalized practices, and practical take-home tools. Clients may also receive optional journaling prompts and audio practices to support integration between sessions.

With over twenty five years of experience in birth education, prenatal yoga, and perinatal counseling, I specialize in helping parents understand and work with the mind–body connection in birth.
