Trademark Notice

The word Nona® is a registered trademark of Nona Birth Education & Counseling with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

The Nona® trademark is used exclusively in connection with the marketing and promotion of childbirth education classes, counseling services, professional trainings, and online courses offered by Nona Birth Education & Counseling. Authorized use of the Nona® name is limited to facilitators, certified doulas, prenatal yoga instructors, and other professionals who are currently active and in good standing within Nona Birth Education & Counseling’s certification and training programs.

The Nona® trademark distinguishes Nona Birth Education & Counseling’s offerings from those of other childbirth educators, prenatal yoga instructors, doulas, and organizations. Trademark rights prevent unauthorized use of the mark, or any confusingly similar name or mark, in a manner that could cause confusion or imply affiliation, endorsement, or certification.

The following phrases are currently in use by Nona Birth Education & Counseling (With Awareness, LLC) and are in the process of trademark registration:

• Evidence-Based Methods for Mindful Birth™

• Aligning the Mind and Body for Birth™

• Birth Coherence™

• Applied Polyvagal Theory in Childbirth™

• When the Mind, Body, and Support are in Sync™

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, illustrations, and other materials, is protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any trademarked materials or copyrighted content, in digital or print form, is not permitted without prior written consent.
