Nona Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training

This training approaches prenatal yoga as more than movement—it's a way to embody skills for being with pain, working with fear and anxiety, and building lasting resilience.

In the Nona Prenatal Yoga course, you'll learn how to teach accessible, gentle practices that support all body types and experience levels. The foundational 6-week yoga and support series is designed to be taught not only by yoga teachers, but also by therapists, doulas, clinicians, and childbirth educators.

You'll gain the skills to:

  • Sequence trauma-informed prenatal yoga classes

  • Modify poses for pregnancy and postpartum

  • Integrate yoga with strategies for nervous system regulation

This program is ideal for anyone seeking a neuro-psycho-social framework to meet the emotional, cognitive, and physiological needs of the perinatal period.

Through small group discussion and guided reflection, we take a deep dive into the emotional and physiological landscape of the childbearing year. You’ll learn how to hold space with presence, compassion, and non-judgment—core skills for anyone supporting pregnant and postpartum people.
