Birth Classes for Parents
Introducing: Birth Coherence tm
Birth Coherence™ aligning the mind, body, and supportÂ
Birth Coherence™ is built on a single insight: that mind, body, and support shape what the nervous system interprets as safe. When they're in alignment, parents feel safe enough for labor to unfold. Birth Coherence™ gives parents and professionals the framework to create and sustain those conditions, and the skills to restore alignment as needed.
The nervous system continuously evaluates relational, sensory, and environmental cues. Those cues shape hormonal release, pain perception, and coping capacity. When the nervous system interprets sufficient safety, oxytocin-mediated processes take the lead. When threat accumulates, stress hormones rise, oxytocin is suppressed, and contractions lose their rhythm and efficiency.
Birth Coherence™ makes that visible. Parents, partners, and professionals each have a role, and each can be prepared for it.
Birth Coherence™ is woven through every Nona class, conversation, and training.
