Payments, Refund, and Transfer Policy

Nona Birth Education & Counseling

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us, (i) any payment information you supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your bank or credit card company, (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, and (iv) if your initial payment method is dishonored, you will still pay the incurred charges, including any surcharge we may incur due to the dishonored payment.

Nona Birth Education & Counseling does not offer refunds when you cancel. If you cannot attend a training or class you have registered for, and it is more than two weeks away, everything you have paid is held as a credit, and you may transfer your registration to another training or class within two years.

Once the training or class is less than two weeks away, no transfers will be allowed. Payments already made are not refundable or transferable, and any remaining payments on a plan are still due.

If you will be unable to attend the training or class for any reason, please contact our office as soon as possible as we often have a waiting list.

If Nona Birth Education & Counseling needs to cancel a training or class, you will receive a full refund of everything you have paid, or, if you prefer, a credit toward a future training or class.

We cannot be held liable for any fees you might incur for airline ticket cancellations, so please make sure to purchase travel insurance if you are flying to attend one of our trainings or classes. All course times are listed in Central Time unless stated otherwise.
