The word "Nona®" is a registered trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Our trademarked name is used exclusively for marketing and promoting Nona Birth Education & Counseling childbirth classes, counseling services, and professional trainings provided by Nona Birth Education & Counseling's Facilitators, Certified Doulas, Prenatal Yoga Instructors, and those who are current and active in our Certification Program.
Our trademark distinguishes Nona Birth Education & Counseling's classes, trainings, and online courses from those offered by all other childbirth classes, teachers, prenatal yoga instructors, and organizations. Trademark rights prevent others from using our mark or a confusingly similar mark or name. Trademark rights are freely granted to Nona Birth Education & Counseling Doulas, Prenatal Yoga Instructors, and Facilitators who are active and in good standing with Nona Birth Education & Counseling.
